PLEASE READ YOUR BOOKING INVOICE CAREFULLY. First and Last names, as well as birth dates, should match the passports. Verify that the sailing dates, port of departure and arrival, destinations and accommodations are correct. Notify us of any error as soon as possible. Familiarize yourself with the due dates for deposits and final payments. Read and understand the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.
WE SUGGEST THAT YOU CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT WITH THE CRUISE LINE and download the cruise line’s app to your smartphone at your earliest convenience. Doing this will help you enhance your cruise experience.(CLICK HERE FOR LINKS).
From there, you will be able to:
1-SEE AND PURCHASE OPTIONAL PACKAGES such as shore excursions, internet, drink and dining packages, onboard activities and reservations to shows if required. Most cruise lines offer from 10% to 20% discount on these extras when purchased before sailing.
2- ENROLL IN YOUR CRUISE LINE'S LOYALTY PROGRAM.
3-COMPLETE THE ONLINE CHECK-IN to enter all the personal information (passport, address, emergency contacts) needed to issue your boarding passes. Some cruise lines will require that you upload a photo of yourself and provide your credit card information to set-up your onboard expense account, You may need to watch a short safety video and answer some mandatory health questions. Note that online check-in is available from 30 days before the cruises, and closes 72 hours prior to sailing in most cruise lines. If you miss the deadline, you will have to check-in in person at the cruise terminal. (It's always better if you do this yourself, but if you need assistance, just give us all the necessary information NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE SAILING and we will do it for you at NO EXTRA COST. After this date, there will be a nominal charge of $10 per person).
PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
GRATUITIES (TIPS): Gratuities/tips of $15 to $18 per person per day will be charged to your onboard account and are not included in the cruise fare unless otherwise stated. You may pre-pay them at any time before the cruise. (Some cruise lines may charge less for children’s gratuities).
DINING TIMES AND TABLE ASSIGNMENTS: While we make every effort to arrange your preferred dining time and to have all the members of your party sit at the same table, if you book too close to sailing date this may not be possible and your preferred times will be waitlisted. If this happens, the dining room manager or the service desk on the ship may be able to accommodate you (don't forget to smile when you ask).
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND RESIDENT CARDS: Every traveler is expected to have an unexpired passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return, a valid travel visa or a valid resident card. Travelers are fully responsible for their travel documents. Cruise lines will not refund fare if boarding is denied for not having proper documentation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: CURRENTLY, THE UNITED STATES HAS ENACTED RESTRICTIONS TO TRAVELERS HOLDIND PASSPORTS FROM CUBA, IRAN, RUSSIA, UKRAINE, BELARUS, CRIMEA AND OTHER NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES. If your passport is from a country currently on the list of trade sanctions, you may need to provide additional visa and residency documentation, and you may have to check-in IN PERSON at the cruise terminal. Non-compliance may be cause for denial of boarding and forfeiture of the fare.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES: Most cruises booked within 100 to 90 days of sailing have cancellation penalties of up to 100%. Please read your confirmation invoice for specifc information, or consult the cruise line's website.
INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED – Flight delays, traffic problems and last minute inconveniences can derail your plans. Among other things, travel insurance will protect you from financial loss if you have to cancel for a covered reason, and you may receive a cash refund or a future cruise credit depending on the type of coverage you choose.
