The amount of all awards is not a specific and may vary by cruise. It will be contingent on the total net fare of the cruise, (gross cruise fare minus taxes, port charges, and cost of prepaid packages and options).  On certain sailings the reward may be issued as an onboard credit to use during your current cruise (If sailing allows and cruise line authorizes), or instead, as a check or a money gift card at our discretion. Please allow up to 4 weeks after completion of the voyage to receive your check or gift card reward.  In the case of discount coupon for a future cruise, the coupon will expire 12 months after the end of the original cruise and cannot be redeemed for cash. All these awards cannot be transferred  to another person.

In case of cancellation of cruise, all the cashback rewards, on-board credits and discount coupons will be void. If the discount coupons, bank checks or gift cards are lost or stolen, they will not be replaced. The onboard credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another booking or to another gues and has no cash value if not used.
